These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or books a service with The Master Key of Astrology ("we", "us", "our"), an organisation of astrologers and karmkand pandits based in Panchkula, Haryana. By booking a call, consultation, report or puja, or by making a payment to us, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.

1. Our services

We offer astrology consultations (kundli, palmistry, numerology, vastu, kundli matching and related guidance), written or verbal reports, advice on traditional remedies and gemstones, and puja, havan and karmkand services performed by our pandits.

2. Nature of our services

• Astrology, vastu, numerology and puja are based on traditional knowledge, scriptures and faith. Our guidance is an interpretation offered in good faith. It is not a statement of fact about the future.
• We do not guarantee any result or outcome, including marriage, reconciliation, a job, business profit, a court decision, a visa, health or the birth of a child.
• Our services are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not delay or stop medical treatment, legal action or financial planning because of something said in a consultation.
• Any decision you take after a consultation is your own decision and your own responsibility.
• If you or someone you know is in distress or in danger, please contact a doctor, the police or an emergency helpline immediately.

3. Who can book

You must be 18 years or older to book and pay for a service. A parent or guardian may book on behalf of a person under 18. You agree to give true and complete details (name, mobile number, birth details). A reading based on wrong birth details will not be accurate, and we are not responsible for that.

4. Appointments and time slots

• Appointments are booked for the time slot you choose on the website, in India time. Please be available on your phone at that time.
• Free 5-minute call: the first call of up to five minutes is free of charge. It is limited to one call per mobile number in a 30-day period, is meant for a first discussion of your concern, and we may decline or end it if it is misused.
• A paid appointment is confirmed only after we verify your payment.
• If we call at your slot and cannot reach you, the appointment is treated as used. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for rescheduling.
• If we need to change your slot for a reason on our side, we will offer you another time.

5. Fees and payment

• Current fees are shown on the Book Appointment page. Fees may change at any time; a change does not affect a booking that is already paid.
• Payment is made in advance by UPI or bank transfer to the account shown on the booking page, or through a payment gateway where we offer one. Always check that the payee name is "The Master Key of Astrology".
• You must enter the correct payment reference number (UTR) and upload the real payment screenshot. A booking made with false or edited payment proof will be cancelled.
• For puja services, the dakshina, travel and samagri charges are told to you before the booking is confirmed.
• All fees are non-refundable except in the limited cases described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Puja and karmkand services

• Pujas are performed at the place, date and muhurat agreed with you. Please keep a clean space and the agreed arrangements ready.
• Puja services at your home are available in the areas listed on the website, subject to the availability of our pandits.
• A puja is a religious ritual performed with faith. We do not promise any particular result from it.

7. Remedies and gemstones

Remedies, mantras, donations, fasts and gemstones are suggested according to tradition. Whether to follow them, and where to buy any item, is your own choice. We are not responsible for the quality, price or effect of items bought from any third party.

8. Your conduct

Please be respectful to our astrologers, pandits and staff. We may refuse or end a consultation, without refund, if a person is abusive, threatening or asks for something unlawful or harmful to another person. Consultations may not be recorded or published without our written permission.

9. Website content

The name, logo, text, images and videos on this website belong to The Master Key of Astrology or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Reports and readings are for your personal use.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the service concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana.
