The Master Key of Astrology ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal details we collect through this website and our services, why we collect them and what choices you have. By booking a service you consent to the use of your details as described here.

1. What we collect

• Details you give when booking: name, mobile number, date, time and place of birth, the topic and question you write, your chosen service and time slot.
• Payment details: the payment reference number (UTR) and the payment screenshot you upload. We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, phone or other channels, and notes our team makes about your consultation.
• Technical data: your IP address at the time of booking, used to prevent misuse of the booking form.

2. Why we use it

• To prepare your chart and provide the consultation, report or puja you booked.
• To confirm your appointment and contact you about it by call or WhatsApp.
• To verify your payment and keep business and tax records.
• To prevent fraud and misuse.
• To send you information about our services, only if you have agreed to receive it. You can stop this at any time by replying STOP.

3. Who can see it

Your details are seen only by our team members who need them to serve you. We do not sell or rent your personal details to anyone. We share them only:

• with service providers that run our systems on our behalf, such as our website hosting provider and, where used, a payment gateway or messaging provider;
• when the law, a court or a government authority requires it.

What you discuss in a consultation is kept confidential.

4. Storage and security

Booking details are stored on a secured server located in India. The website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to booking records is protected by a password and limited to our team. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your details.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

6. Your choices

• You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, subject to records we must keep by law.
• You can withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.

7. Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising cookies of its own. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Map on the Contact page; these services may receive your IP address. If we add analytics or advertising tags in future, this policy will be updated. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Google and Justdial take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Children

Our services are for adults. A booking for a person under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
