Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees are non-refundable

In short: your first 5-minute call is free. Once you pay for a consultation, report or puja, the fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule once. We refund only when we are unable to provide the service or when you have paid twice by mistake.

1. Fees are non-refundable

All fees paid to The Master Key of Astrology are non-refundable once the payment is made. This covers one-to-one consultations, Kundali Analysis, Full Horoscope Prediction, any other report, and the dakshina, advance and samagri charges for puja and karmkand services.

A slot is reserved for you and our astrologer prepares your chart before the session, so the fee cannot be returned after booking.

2. No refund in these cases

You change your mind after paying.
You are not satisfied with a prediction, reading, remedy or its result. Astrology is guidance and no outcome is guaranteed (see our Disclaimer).
You gave wrong birth details or a wrong phone number.
You were not reachable at your slot.
The consultation or report has been delivered, fully or partly.
The service was ended because of abusive or unlawful conduct.

3. When we do refund

We cannot provide the service: if we cancel your appointment and are unable to offer you another slot within 7 days, the fee is refunded in full.
Duplicate or excess payment: if you paid twice for the same booking or paid more than the fee by mistake, the extra amount is refunded.
Booking not accepted: if we received your money but did not accept the booking, the amount is refunded.

Approved refunds are sent to the same bank account or UPI ID the payment came from, within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Rescheduling

You may move a paid appointment to another free slot once, at no charge, if you tell us at least 2 hours before your slot.
Message us on WhatsApp with your booking number (for example MK-00012).
If you miss your slot without informing us, the appointment is treated as used and the fee is not refunded.

5. Puja and karmkand

The advance or dakshina paid for a puja is non-refundable.
If you need to change the date, tell us as early as possible. A new date depends on the muhurat and the availability of our pandits.
Samagri already bought for your puja cannot be returned.
If we are unable to perform the puja on the agreed date for a reason on our side, we will offer a new date or refund the amount paid.

6. Free 5-minute call

The free call has no charge, so no refund applies. You are under no obligation to book a paid service after it.
